“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson
About Me
I believe that many of us live in our heads, largely unaware of our rich emotional, creative, and intuitive parts lying under the surface. By tapping into their inner worlds, I aim to help clients live richer, more meaningful, and peaceful lives. Perhaps you are feeling unfulfilled, overwhelmed, or stuck. Together, we can start to understand how you got here so you can find purpose, cultivate connection, and make real, lasting change.
I received a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. I also hold a BA in French and Gender Studies from Bates College and an MA in Public Policy from USC. I trained at Valley Community Counseling Clinic.
